work with groups of up to 70 individuals over a day or more to help organisations
and teams deal with change, develop or buy into new strategy, or to clarify
roles and embrace new behaviours.
A workshop may include:
- Creating a common diagnostic picture of where the team currently is
- Developing a strategy for the future based on what they want to achieve
- Developing more helpful ways of working together to achieve common
objectives
- Dealing with change in a constructive way
These processes are interactive and energizing, covering both a team
and personal perspective.
