A workshop may include:

  • Creating a common diagnostic picture of where the team currently is
  • Developing a strategy for the future based on what they want to achieve
  • Developing more helpful ways of working together to achieve common objectives
  • Dealing with change in a constructive way

These processes are interactive and energizing, covering both a team and personal perspective.
